Road Trip to Cure Post-travel Syndrome

Carmen CebuOne of the many ways to cure your post-travel syndrome is to travel again.

A post-travel syndrome is normal feeling especially when you’re from a long trip. You can’t make enough of the adventure that you had and you wanted more. We also had this kind of syndrome after our trip in Palawan. Kate and I can’t get enough about the trip. We’ve come up a with a solution.

Travel again. BUT on a budget though. No heavy backpacks.

Here’s the story of our road trip in Carmen – the cure to our post-travel syndrome in photos.

Ride a bus going to Carmen at 11am and look for that particular beach. But, locals do not know about the beach we’re talking about. And then our kind habal2x driver dropped us to that private and undeveloped beach.

Yeah, we’ve traveled nearly 2 hours just to have lunch at the beach. 🙂

Carmen CebuOur next point was the recommended cold spring in Brgy. Uraguay. As expected the place was totally crowded. After paying our entrance fee, we rested at the uphill part and relax.

We capped off our road trip by traveling to the Lady of Manaoag monastery.

It was effective as we have stopped talking about Palawan but it only worsens our desire to travel more.
