It’s heating up in Cebu, and the cure that we know is to cool off at Tumalog Falls.
Spent a weekend with my colleagues from work after our trekking in Osmena Peak by swimming in the icy cool waters of the falls.
One look at this photo, we simply want to run and dive in! But, we have to walk more or less 5 minutes from the drop off point.
Tumalog Falls is located in Brgy. Tumalog, Oslob, Cebu. Its 3-4 hours drive from the city. You can get there via “motorcycle taxi” or also known to the locals as habal-habal.
Entrance fee (P20) to be collected upon entering the premises. You can choose to set up a picnic or rent a cottage. Here’s a tip: Usually, cottage rental would cost P250 regardless of the size. However, we haggle the price and tourism officer on duty told us to pay P100 only.
It’s crowded on weekends and holidays, so better plan your visit on weekdays if you want to ditch the crowd.
#TumalogFalls truly are natural beauty at its best! Here's a tip: there are cottages that you can rent for P250. But we we're able to rent it for only P100. Just ask the tourism officer on duty if you could get a discount.😉 💜 #lnctravels #Cebu #oslob #waterfall #nature #weekend #beautiful #bestoftheday #travelstoke #backpacker #cebutourism
Nevertheless, its natural beauty is worth the trip.
